By purchasing or subscribing to any Explaino plan, you agree to this Pricing Policy.
1. Pricing & Plans
Explaino offers multiple pricing plans depending on your needs. Plan details, features, and current pricing are displayed on our Pricing Page. Pricing may depend on:

- •Feature access (AI capabilities, integrations, analytics)
- •Usage limits (video minutes, API calls, storage)
- •Subscription duration (monthly/yearly)

2. Free Trial / Demo Access (If Applicable)
We may offer free trials, free plans, or demo access for selected services. During a free trial:

- •We may ask for payment details to activate trials (if required)
- •Once the trial ends, your account may be downgraded, paused, or converted to a paid plan depending on your selection
3. Billing & Payment

4. Auto-Renewal

- •Some features may become unavailable immediately or after the cycle ends
6. Usage Limits & Fair Use
Each plan may have usage limits such as:

- •Number of recordings processed
- •Team members
- •Storage / data retention
- •Integration access
If you exceed your plan limits:
- •Your service may pause temporarily
- •You may be asked to upgrade

7. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the plan type and usage. General Refund Rules:
