Pricing Policy — draft in progress

The pricing policy will describe the plan structure available to individual, team, and enterprise customers, the billing cycles supported (monthly and annual), how local taxes are calculated and itemized, the conditions under which prices may change, the advance notice provided for changes affecting existing subscribers, and the relationship between the published price list and any negotiated enterprise agreements.

Explaino is the AI documentation platform that turns screen recordings into product walkthroughs, training videos, SOPs, and interactive guides. The pricing policy governs how the platform handles the data, billing relationships, and workspace obligations connected to that pipeline. The final version will reference the specific subprocessors, retention windows, and jurisdictional commitments that apply to the Explaino service.

In the interim, customers operating under negotiated enterprise agreements should treat the executed contract as the authoritative source. Customers on the standard self-serve plans are covered by the most recently published versions of the Explaino legal documents linked below, and by the operational practices described on the Explaino security and product pages.

Until the final version is published here, please reach out to the Explaino team directly with any questions about how this policy will apply to your account or organization. The team responds to legal and compliance inquiries within two business days.
