Subtitles translate text at the bottom of the frame; dubbing translates the audio itself. Dubbed tutorials let viewers watch the UI instead of reading, which matters when the steps on screen demand attention.
What complete video translation includes
For product videos, voice alone is not enough: captions and on-screen text labels must be translated together with the dub, or the video contradicts itself.
