How to add contacts to a campaign in VocalLabs

   We will show you how to add contacts. On the left side, you can see this contact section. Click on it. Here, you can create a group and see the 'All Contacts' section. In this section, you can import contacts either manually or from a sheet.

   We will show you how to add contacts and other fields. If you click 'Add Contact,' you can only add a name and phone number. The agent we built is 'Agent One.' If you go to the behavior tab, you will see there are three variables: name, day, and time.

   So, we will show you how this data was created. We have explained all demos and created four fields. We have three variables here, so we need to make four fields. This is because we have the number. So, we have name, phone number, date, and time.

   Then, we will simply download it. Always keep in mind that first of all, we have to create a group for adding contacts.

   We will name this group as 'Test Agent One' and then click on 'Create Group.' If you click on 'View Group' and then 'Import,' you can proceed with adding contacts. Now, choose the file that we have already downloaded, which is this 'explaino Demo' file. This file contains all the necessary contact information for our campaign.

   Now, we've reached the most important part: mapping data from the sheet. The name column is 'Name,' and the phone number column is 'Phone Number. Additionally, we need to map 'Day' and 'Time,' as we have these variables in our agent. This ensures all data points are correctly aligned.

   Now, click on 'Import Contacts.' We have successfully imported them. Congratulations! You have added the contacts needed for your campaign. Next video: we launch our campaign.
