How to connect Telegram to VocalLabs

   Now you will need this bot token to connect your telegram to your vocallabs dashboard. So first, head to the channels section in the sidebar of your vocallabs dashboard. Click on all inboxes. Here you can see all the inboxes listed. Now to add a new one, you have to click the add inbox button and select Telegram.

   Now you'll get an interface where you have to paste a field called "bot token. It is already instructed how to get that. So you have to ping a bot on Telegram named bot father. Great. So we'll do that. Head over to your Telegram

   paste the bot username, and simply click on the bot . Now we have to make a new bot. Okay. For that, click on the open button, create a new bot, name it, name it VocalLabs, for our example. About is optional, so we'll skip it.

   And for the username, there are some rules. It is mentioned there. It has to be unique. Like all the usernames, and it has to end with bot or underscore bot. So, we will check if this vocal labs underscore bot is available or not. And, as you see, it is not. So we'll add some random numbers. We are adding triple one. And it is available.

   So now click on create bot. And your bot is created. Now you will see this one field with a key icon. This is your bot token. Simply click on copy, and you will get it copied. That bot token is already copied. Head over to your vocallabs dashboard.

   And paste your bot token. And simply connect the bot by clicking on the button. It will take some time, and you can assign agents afterwards. After connecting, you can edit it multiple times.

   We have connected successfully. You have connected your vocal labs with your telegram account.
