Now, you can give any desired name to this group. Then, when you want to add a contact list.

After clicking 'Import', you can choose your contact file from your system. Then, you simply click 'Open', and your contact list will be successfully imported here.

You must ensure that while importing contacts, your data is clean. There should be no duplicate numbers and no white spaces.

Also, in the number column, you must add '91' as a prefix to each number. Once your group is successfully created, you can then add it to a campaign.

Once created, you can add this group to an existing campaign. As you can see, this is a campaign page, which is currently taking a moment to load.

Once the campaign page has fully loaded, you will then see an option available to select your specific contact group from the list.

Here, you can select your group. Choose any group from which you need to make calls. Then, activate this toggle button, and your campaign will start.

By activating this toggle button, your campaign will successfully start, initiating calls to your selected group.
