Welcome. In the last video, we created this campaign, named the John real estate campaign, and we have successfully run our campaign.
Step by step
- 1
This video will show you how to change settings and create data from that campaign. First, after you click 'View Campaign,' you can see this. From the first tab, which is 'Campaign queue,' we can see the details. As you can see, we have already dialed these two numbers in our campaign. You can check all the details, including phone numbers and dates.
- 2
You can also see the call dates, who hanged up the call, and even listen to the call recording by clicking the play button. You can also check the analytics for bigger data. Next, in the 'Data' tab, you can select and check all the details we have created. These details were created in the PCDC, or 'Data Collection' tab, when creating our agent. This is where all the data is stored.
- 3
Now, in the 'Campaign Data' section, we will get the ID, NAME, and number for each entry. You can also export this data by clicking on this button, which allows you to download all the collected information. The next tab is 'Distribution,' where creating an analysis is important to value. Consider the type of visualization you want to use for your data.
- 4
Here, we can select the call key. For example, we can choose 'success metric' to analyze the success of our calls. If we want to see the success metric. We can then check the results in a visualization, such as a bar chart, to understand the data better. This helps in analyzing the campaign's performance.
- 5
You can save it or export the visualization for further use or sharing with your team. Now, the next tab is 'Settings.' Here, you can lock the campaign, and in between. For example, you can adjust how calls should be made, whether voicemails are consumed, the number of retries, new terms, and contact time.
- 6
Also, if a call fails, you can set the retry interval, specifying how many hours or minutes should pass between retries, defining the gap. We can also change the agent assigned to the campaign in this task. After making any changes, simply click 'Save' to apply them. In the last tab, which is 'Vocal Rescheduling,' you can condition your campaign logic. This allows you to define specific actions based on call outcomes.
- 7
For instance, if an agent has received some input that it cannot perform, the agent can assign it to any human agent or any task specific agent. You can also use 'and' or 'or' conditions to create more complex logic. We can then simply click 'Save changes' to store our settings. We hope you found this helpful.
